Our virtual planning service is perfect for Type-A couples who are looking for the support of a planner to provide a curated approach to guide them through the planning process.
Virtual meetings will take you through your planning one step at a time, provide guidance, suggestions and troubleshooting to streamline your planning process along with all of the tools you need to stay organized.

Let's be friends! Book a call with us using our calendar linked below. On this call we'll get to know each other better. We'll ask about you and your partner, the story of your proposal (while trying not to cry) and all about your dreams for the big day!

After our call, we'll take 48-72H (probably less, we get excited) to send over personalized packages based on what we discussed over the phone. You’ll receive all the details: inclusions, investment, and everything you need to make your decision with ease.
From here you can take the time you need to review the options & make a decision. Please keep in mind that Summer wedding dates move faster than a Porsche on the highway, but rest assured that we will always let you know if someone else has an eye on your special date.
Once we’ve found the perfect package for you, we’ll sign the agreement and process the initial payment to make your date officially ours.
From that moment, you're stuck with us (unless, of course, you want to break up—don’t worry, our contract has your back if you ever decide to part ways *cue dramatic tears*).
The next steps will depend on the level of support you choose, but don’t worry—we’ll always keep you in the loop via email to outline our meetings and next steps.

With over 10 years working in the event industry my
background has touched many areas from entertainment
events, life-cycle, social, corporate, pop-up events & now
weddings. I have an AEC in Event Planning &
Management as well as certification from the Wedding
Planning Institute of Canada.

As soon as you have a wedding date in mind, a planner & your venue are typically the two vendors that are booked first. As we can only accommodate one wedding per date, we recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure securing your wedding date.

As the initial payment ensures that your date is secured, it serves as our commitment to you. Our initial payment is not refundable should you choose to part ways. However, if your wedding is postponed, or cancelled, this amount can be transferred to a new date or event.

To ensure each couple gets the time and attention they deserve, we only take on 1 event per date and have limited availability throughout the year.

Now THIS is a question we get asked a lot.
A planner will be heavily involved in the conception and development of an event while a coordinator will step in during the final stages and manages the event execution.
